When I started working with Circular Change, I instantly knew it was going to be a great collaboration. Why?

I strongly believe that values have the same, if not higher, importance as competences in building a strong team. That’s why I love doing what I do. Because I work and connect with people who are genuinely passionate about having a positive impact on the world. The business we do is not just about profit or performance. It’s about facilitating a good life.

Klet Brda was a great place to host our brainstorming session, because they embody many of the same values. They value protection of the natural capital they work with. They are structured as a cooperative, which is a legal structure much better suited for managing a sustainable value chain.
