COURSE DESCRIPTION
A sustainable business model is one that ensures all the resources it uses are being adequately regenerated. Just like people can burn out if they try to be more productive than their need for rest allows, businesses and society can burn out if they try to be more productive than the social, natural and economic systems allow.
In this course, you will learn how to recognise the regeneration cycles on which your business depends and how to develop the business model that indeed ensures this regeneration. You will do that through a systematic visual framework, allowing you to map the flows and find intervention points where opportunities for innovation exist.

Course Facilitator
RAM DUŠIĆ HREN
Throughout a big part of my career, I've been involved in facilitating development of business models and innovation processes. In my startup ventures, that meant developing our own business and products. During my work in a global technology corporation, that meant facilitating workshops with clients to develop valuable solutions based on our technologies through processes such as Design Thinking.
Since 2020, I work exclusively on developing solutions and business models that address the challenges related to sustainability - in addition to traditional business development, that requires a systems thinking approach which is still missing in most solutions.
The programme for this course builds on years of facilitating workshops, experience from sustainability projects and attending specialised trainings - such as Circularity Thinking, Pioneers into Practice, Improv for Changemakers, Design Thinking and HightechXL Startup Accelerator.
