Problem solving is something we all do on a daily basis, whether we realise it or not. But, quite often, we encounter challenges that don't have a clear solution or an established recipe for addressing it. They require us to venture into the unknown.
Creativity and innovation are not just about doing something new and different. They're about being able to dive deep into the challenge, understand the circumstances and look at it from a new perspective.
As we all tend to get stuck in a routine way of thinking, nourishing problem solving skills is essential if we want to address today's complex challenges.
About the workshop
Duration: minimum 4 hours, maximum 2 days (2 x 8 hours or 4 x 4 hours), depending on your needs.
Format: preferably on-site, but online is also a possibility (however not in 8 hour blocks, that would be a killer).
Target audience: leadership and creative teams.
Price range: 1500€ - 6000€ (depending on duration, format and number of facilitators and experts involved).
